Terms and Conditions

By commencing a project with Office to Web Solutions you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

General Terms

Quoted prices are valid for 30 days.

Ongoing client appraisal often changes the project proposal document. Additional production work requested by the client and not described in the referenced quotation / proposal document will be charged at the hourly rate of £35 per hour, plus materials.

The client agrees to take full responsibility for the final proofing of material produced for inclusion in the completed project. While every effort is made to avoid such occurrences, Office to Web Solutions cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions not detected by the client.

Office to Web Solutions is not liable for delays in project completion caused by equipment breakdown, delays caused by outside suppliers or by failure of the client to comply with negotiated schedules.

Additional changes or modifications are charged at a rate of £35 per hour and apply to changes made after the client has provided written approval of the completed project (either by way of signed document or e-mail) and authorised the completed work for release.

Office to Web Solutions provides professional and consultancy services on the basis that the client will undertake their own independent assessment of the commerciality of any recommendation or proposal.

Travel expenses including trains, taxis, accommodation and reasonable expenses incurred byOffice to Web Solutions employees during any project phase are payable by the client.

Artwork and work produced by Office to Web Solutions will remain the copyright and intellectual property of Office to Web Solutions until such time as final payment for completion of the agreed referenced quotation / proposal document is received.

Office to Web Solutions reserve the right to use any artwork created for projects undertaken within the Office to Web Solutions portfolio of work.

Once the client's web site has been placed live on the Internet, the client has seven days to make any changes through Office to Web Solutions, to the website. After this period, the client is deemed to have accepted that the web site is satisfactory.

Additional terms applicable to Website Design services

Ongoing hosting and domain registration fees will be charged accordingly and may be subject to change or increase beyond Office to Web Solutions’s control.

Training on software used by Office to Web Solutions to fulfill the project needs will be charged at a rate of £35 per hour.

Terms of payment

Full payment is required no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice.

Prices do not include the cost of any merchant accounts required by the client for on-line credit card transactions.

A service fee of 15% may be charged on all outstanding accounts not paid within the 30-day period from the date of the invoice.

The fee and subsistence shall be paid in key stages linked to the work schedule (provided by Office to Web Solutions and agreed by the client).

• 50% in advance on signature of the project agreement
• the final 50% on completion of the work.

SEO Terms & Conditions

SEO services will be performed to the best of Office to Web Solutions's knowledge and ability, and no guarantees are made that specific rankings will be achieved. SEO work is governed by many factors which are outside the direct control of Office to Web Solutions and indeed any SEO company, ergo no reputable SEO company can guarantee particular results. Ranking results will be monitored and results are based on listings on www.google.com unless otherwise agreed. Search Engine Optimisation does not include Search Engine Registration, unless otherwise agreed and paid for, if necessary, by the Client. Please bear in mind your website's ranking for a particular Search Term will rely on both the relevancy of that term on your pages and the popularity of that term on other websites. Office to Web Solutions cannot be held responsible for unsatisfactory results if SEO suggestions and/or recommendations have not been adhered to.

Office to Web Solutions shall not be responsible for any URL's dropped or excluded by a Search Engine for any reason, and Office to Web Solutions does not warrant or represent that the Client's URL's will achieve a favourable position, or indeed any position, within a particular search engine.

Web - General Terms & Conditions
Office to Web Solutions cannot be held responsible for any virus that may be passed on to any computer from the web server, or by email.

Office to Web Solutions cannot guarantee web server security, and cannot be held responsible for any loss, or misuse by third parties, of any data that is captured and/or stored on the web-server, even using SSL encryption.

Office to Web Solutions will register all clients' websites with some search engines, but cannot guarantee inclusion, and/or rankings within any of these search engines. It is the responsibility of the client to register more regularly if required, unless specified on the order.
